This page sets out the full official terms and conditions that players using the mmr567 platform must follow.

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between players ("you" / "user") who use the website, mobile application, and related services ("Services") of the mmr567 platform, and mmr567 ("Company"). By continuing to use the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use mmr567's services.

1 General Terms

"Services" as used in this Agreement refers to mmr567's website, casino games, Live Casino, football and slots sections, deposit/withdrawal services, and customer support, among others.

These terms and conditions are intended for users residing in Myanmar and are written in the Myanmar language. In case of any discrepancy in translation, the Myanmar version shall be the reference.

1.1 Effectiveness of the Rules

This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access the mmr567 website and remains in force until terminated by the company or by you.

1.2 Language and Communication

mmr567 operates with players in the Myanmar language. 24/7 Live Chat and Email support services are provided in Myanmar language.

2 Account Registration

Each player at mmr567 is allowed to open only one personal account. If more than one account is opened ("Multi-Accounting"), the company has the right to immediately close all such accounts and forfeit any remaining funds.

2.1 Providing Accurate Information

The name, date of birth, and contact details you provide when opening an account must be accurate. Accounts opened with incorrect information may be suspended and withdrawal rights may be restricted.

2.2 Account Security

The password you use to log in to your account must be kept confidential. No one may share their account access with another person. If you are genuinely unable to log in, contact the mmr567 customer service team immediately.

Please note: The company assumes that all gameplay, deposits, and withdrawals made from your account are carried out by you personally.

3 Age Restriction

Only individuals aged 21+ are permitted to use mmr567's services. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from accessing the platform.

The company may verify a player's age at any time. If it is found to be inaccurate, the company has the right to close the account and handle any remaining funds in accordance with applicable law.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mmr567 accepts KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay as payment methods.

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

Minimum deposit: 3,000 Ks (by any method)
Minimum withdrawal: 30,000 Ks

Requests for amounts below these limits will not be accepted.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes after verification and approval by the company.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

  • Withdrawals must be made only through the payment method you used for your own deposit.
  • Withdrawals of bonus funds are restricted until the wagering requirement has been completed.
  • The company has the right to place a hold on suspicious withdrawals pending investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

mmr567 offers new players a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to 500,000 Ks.

Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 20,000 Ks, giving a total of 40,000 Ks. Wagering requirement: 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks

Example 2: Deposit 1,020,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving a total of 1,520,000 Ks. Wagering requirement: 500,000 Ks × 15 = 7,500,000 Ks

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the 15x wagering requirement has been met. This means you must wager the bonus amount 15 times before any winnings related to the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 VIP Levels

mmr567's VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Your level can be upgraded based on your weekly activity, and you can receive the following cashback rates:

  • Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
  • Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
  • Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or using irregular betting patterns with the intention of bypassing wagering requirements — if any such bonus abuse is detected, the company has the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Game Results

Game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology under a fair play policy. The company's decision on game results is final.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical failure, server error, or connection loss occurs during gameplay, the company's server logs will be referenced to make a determination, and that determination is considered fully reviewed.

6.3 Incorrect Odds

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the company reserves the right to void those bets and refund the original stake amount.

7 Prohibited Actions

Players must not engage in any of the following actions:

  • Creating more than one account to obtain bonuses
  • Depositing funds that do not belong to you
  • Using our services for money laundering purposes
  • Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities
  • Using software, bots, or automation tools
  • Threatening or abusing other players or staff
  • Sharing your personal information with a third party to claim bonuses

If any of these prohibited actions are found to have been committed, the company may immediately suspend or close the account and retain any remaining balance.

8 Account Closure

8.1 Closure at Player's Request

Players may request to close their account at any time. If there is a remaining balance, a withdrawal must be completed before the account can be closed. Please note that any bonus balance with an incomplete wagering requirement may be forfeited.

8.2 Closure by the Company

The company reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in cases of terms violations, suspected money laundering, or for responsible gambling protection.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, mmr567 is not liable for the following:

  • Financial losses resulting from decisions to play
  • Failures of the player's own device, phone, or internet connection
  • Losses arising from unauthorized access to a player's account that the player was unaware of
  • Service delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond the company's control (force majeure)

10 Privacy Protection

mmr567 protects players' personal data using SSL encryption. It will not be shared with third parties without the player's consent. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

11 Amendments

The company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Except for immediate corrections of errors, players will be given 7 days' advance notice of major changes. Continuing to use the service after the notice period ends means you accept the amendments.

The minimum deposit on mmr567 is 3,000 Ks (for any payment method) and the minimum withdrawal is 30,000 Ks. Transactions below these limits will not be accepted.

For significant changes, mmr567 will notify players 7 days in advance and update the "Last revised date" on this page. Continuing to use the service after changes are made will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms.

mmr567 supports KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. You must use a payment method that belongs to you, and withdrawals must also go back through the same method used for the deposit.

Your account may be closed for breaching these terms (multi-accounting, bonus abuse, use of bots), suspected money laundering, providing false personal information, or being under 21. If your account has been suspended for investigation, you can contact customer support.
